Landair, the leading land carrier in the United States, jumped nearly 3% to $3.70, up 14.4% over the previous day.
This follows a 6% rise for the carrier on Tuesday, when it recorded the highest weekly gain in two weeks.
Shares of Delta Air Lines, a unit of Delta, rose 6.6% to close at $35.21.
JetBlue, the second-largest carrier in America, also saw a slight uptick.
Shares for the airline, which has been the subject of an antitrust investigation, surged 5.6%.
JetBlue shares have risen more than 13% since Trump’s election.
The airline has said it will keep its current focus on its core business, but the president-elect has said he will eliminate airline regulations, and that could mean a reduction in costs for airlines and the economy.
